helmets?

basically im gonna try and make a cool army but heres the thing: are the black lego army men helmets good? or should i stick to helmets from the custon headgear part of bricklink?

Before you do a quality comparison, you might want to try a price comparison. If it is cheaper to go with LEGO, do that; if it is cheaper to go with a custom, I'd say do that.

go with brikarms stahlhelms. They are like $1 each, but look a lot better than lego's helmets.

Sencond'ed. They look cool for everything. German soldiers, spec ops, etc.
