Does Anyone Know What This Is From?

I ordered it from BrickLink.com for my brother for the holidays. It is definitely a real lego piece. It has the logo on the inside of the Helmet. I thought it was cool I so I bought it. It came from out of the USA. The only one on Bricklink.... I can not find much online about it other than some photos. Sorry for the fuzzy photos. I used my phone to take pictures and I do not have decent lighting at home.

Thanks! I swear I did not see anything about the helmets' origins when I ordered it on brick link... I looked a bunch of times and even googled it.. I must have been half asleep. Anyway...thanks you guys!
