Anyway marblecake stuff belongs in marblecake, the LOOT topic admits no politics except consumerism.

Nice! What spawned the desire for a City influx? For innocent citizens to butcher and vehicles to destroy? Or for the pieces? Or for an entirely different reason?

Free baseplates for buying at least 30€ worth of City sets. Oh btw, here's the content of my PaB cup:

Didn't have the chance or the money to get the original, and I had planned to buy this on my own, but my awesome dad bought this for me in celebration of college coming up.
He bought me my first Lego set (clone walker battle pack) and I thought it was kinda poetic that he buy me my last set ( for a while, at least ).

The one thing I dislike about this (despite it's decreased size) was the lack of a top turret, so I built one of my own.

More like a blanket for my cat to sleep on. But now that I have a ton of these I can finally make some huge battlefield:

Image
This one is three times as big as my average battlefield but finding a place to store it for at least two weeks without folks or the pet doing any damage will be tough.

Given how much time it'll take til I make a new battle in the first place, this pic is only to show the maximal size of a battlefield with my current plate collection. Nothing is set yet and it could happen that I would grab even more plates during flea market season.

Liking the battlefield. Have you considered doing a big McDonald's empire battle scenario where they fight against local burger restaurants? Have some milkshake mixer Gatling guns that break down every second shot, restaurants that turn into mobile battle stations, and you're all set!

All in all, this may be my favorite set that I've ever built. I heavily recommend saving up that bricklink money, and getting this instead. It is an incredible model. You'll learn some new building techniques too.

And yes, I will be taking it apart for parts.

Got me a Brickwarriors order! Some medieval/ancient music instruments, harpy "armor," lizardman heads and tails, weapons, helmets, and other fun stuff! Snagged some of the Ninjago figures as well!

Image

Feesh heads, feesh heads, toothy angler feesh heads... Seriously, that helmet could be made into a scenery critter for a Divers theme display! Put a black "head" piece inside and voila, nasty deep-sea critter! I got others, but for some reason I'm happiest with the fish helmet.
