Hornet Anti-Tank Support Aircraft

Post by Gunney » Sat Mar 21, 2009 2:40 pm

Well, this spring break has defenitely given me plenty of time to make creations. First the Walker, now the new Anti-Tank Bird. Later on down the road I plan on submitting my skii-mobile for review, but anyway heres a new, very bulky aircraft. Gives more room for punishment to the bad guys.

Although large and bulky, the Hornet proves more than a match for most armored targets with its 4 rocket launchers and a main pulse laser cannon.

High top speed and excellent diving are offset by its rigid design, fixed landing gear, and low turning speed. Its only defense against fighters is a rear mounted laser turret.

With its crew of two, its defense is never compromised, even on a support run diving at unlucky armor.

So yea, color design is Blck and Yellow with red highlights.

I know its very bulky, but Im not a fan of sleek, I want bulk for the extra bang I need to stow in the back.

It's strange, yeah, but it looks like it can get the job done.

Nice ship, my only complaint is that the wings are kind of hidden, which makes the ship look like a transport or hovercraft of some sort.

it's way too tall, I had that problem too when I built planes until I realized that I only need to give them a little bit more room than to sit and they could bend over or something(you'll see when I show you guys my transports). the other problem is the missiles look like engines and it's too boxy. the controls are good though
