i already know the fore arms are from some bionicle minifigs, so are the things on there backs.
plz help me figure out the rest.

hmm, those look neat. The part holding the base of the body is a one by one with studs on every side, theres a fire extinisher nozzel holding the bionical arms, and finaly attached to the legs there is a flat tile with a stud in the middle.

I do believe this part is known as a travesty brick by some.
