This isn't LEGOWars, it's BrikWars. As in: plastic building briks

"plastic building briks" is a category that includes, LEGO, MegaBloks and all the other clone brands.

I think it's funny that so many people on this forum have no problem buying parts from BrickArms or Little Armory (completely unaffiliated with LEGO), but will immediately condemn anyone who uses a MegaBlok regardless of how awesome the MOC looks.

Furthermore, why would Mike want to ban someone simply for owning clone brands, have you ever taken a close look at his avatar?

Benny.....wow...thank you man.

That and, seriously. I buy Megabloks because, well, frankly, Lego just doesn't have the military items I want, and im sure as heck not gonna pay a dollar for a small plastic gun for a minifig. I want a large set, and Megablok's Combat Sets are second to none! (In my opinion)

You name me some On Brand Lego vehicle weapons, and i'll point out how stupid they look compared to a Megablok set. That and i'll probably be able to list off at least 4-5 sets that sorround that area.

As I say and continue to say, One day, Megabloks and Legos will be equal!
Eventually Peaches will be as well.

But, hey, one step at a time.

Looks like there are a few folks who like squawking and running down other people because of their choice of component brand for no other reason than they can feel superior. Certainly it probably started as a light-hearted bit of mockery back in the dim light of yesterday, but now it just looks petty, mean and childish. A habit to be broken?

I look forward to the day a Megabloks minifig is President of Brikland.

1-Dumb people will buy you Mega Bloks thinking it's the same as LEGO.
2-You will throw it in your LEGO box because you are dumb too (or you're new)
3-10 years later you're an expert builder but when you go through sorting your collection you can only find clone brand pieces.
4-You shout "WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY????!!!!!"
5-Not pretty.

Hi, my name is Warhead and I have Mega Blocks.

A few years ago my son wanted the Pirate Ships and I bought them for him for his birthday. I have to admit as an old time Lego fan at first I felt sick and resentful, but then I saw the price. When I got them home and helped to assemble them, (You can't call it building as only some assembly is required) I actually thought... oh god, I actually thought wow, these are not too bad. So I sold my sole for a quick fix. Although I know they aren't Lego they still give me the same thrill. I, I feel so ashamed. I've been living a lie all this time. Well, no more. Mega Blocks are sorta' ok. There, I said it. I'm free.

This has been a 'Who the Hell Cares Production.'

BTW, I really like this but I'm Mega Block Sick. Hence the Mega Blocks (Alcoholic Anonymous) Post above.

Hi, Warhead.

Anyways. I'm going to be honest, I have a handful of those ladders, and I think they're pretty awesome.

The piece itself is great. Very cool. The manhole is very nice.

I have given just as much money to lego as I have to mega block. They get along well in the same bin. Snap together just as well, look just as rectangular, and come in the same crazy colors. Besides their sets do come with some cool stuff.

On the other hand, the old mega block men with funny looking buts are stupid. Give me lego buts with holes in them any day. And the dragons are not blocks they are action figures packed with the blocks, which is silly.

Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

mega blocks sucks for building bases and such, but it makes nice ground for battlefields.
if I had a nickel for everytime I had a nickel i'd have twice the amount of nickels I originaly had...
