I was up at a train expo last month, and the St. Louis Lego Users Group [LUG] was running a train table. They don't know me- yet- so I glanced around and saw the same old dust-collecting stuff they've had for years, then I looked down and saw two BrickMania tanks. "Hey! Are these Brickmania?" One of the guys looked up. "Yep, only three hundred dollars. Don't touch, kid."

Two hours later the same guy was staring at my microscale 1:160 trainyard build. I think he rethought his previous comment.

Well, the pieces aren't really that expensive or rare and the instructions probably aren't that expensive to ship. They're probably making like a 100% profit. Good for them though, if you can do that, more power to you.
