Seconded on Dr. X's ship. That's awesome.
Natalaya's would probably win as it stands right now... and given the short amount of time people have to work with she may well win the contest.
Thanks James for letting me enter even though I'm just below the hundred stud limit.
Moronstudios: If you have enough pieces it's not that hard. It takes a while, but a lot of that is just slapping bricks and plates together rather than playing around with wierd angled-SNOT construction techniques. In some ways it's easier to build large ships, because you have more room to work in.

50 studs? I could do that. I'll see what I can turn up.

Plastik Armory: a bunch of weapons and abilities compatible with the 2010 rules.

Okay so basically the rules are:
- Ship must be 50+ studs in a given dimension
- Ship must be minifig scale and hold at least 1 minifig
- Contest ends on December 31
James I think you should list the rules like that on the first post so people know wtf is going on.
@ Dr.X:
We have the same colour scheme because we both used the ARC 130 gunship sets for parts. Except I used two of them where you probably used only one from what I can see.

Here is my contribution.
I have my Optimus Prime mask in the pictures so you know that this awesomeness and I didn't steal it from someone else. Some props to my friend Cameron who did a little work on the cockpit.
EDIT: Pictures were too big. Here's the Brickshelf gallery when it goes public: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=347778
