Problem is if power went out and your calling about service, they won't recognize your cell number and won't be able to help you (At least with PG&E here) also there is the chance your cell phone is not charged up, or a service tower went out and so many things could happen which makes corded phones smart since they are powered thru the lines on a separate power service and are not effected by power outages.

The main reason for a cell with no service is for problems away from home, like a car issue.

Here you go.
When it is your photo, you can click on the photo and then click on te "message boards and forums" bit
Don't forget to resize the pictures to 1280 and 2048 Or something like that.

Looking at their uniforms, I'd say French, but could be swiss or some other people, I don't think americans had those hats.
