Armoured Cores are smaller and can't go Berserker, however Evangelions have 5 minutes of power if they aren't attached by cord. Also, only 14 year olds can pilot Evangelions, whereas anyone can pilot an armoured core.

GENERALLY, an AC has more mobility and firepower, as well as an internal power generator for a longer runtime. IRL, I would expect a smart & properly equipped AC pilot to be able to outrun this baby before the power runs out.

In brikwars terms, Evangelion is bigger and therefore better. They'd have the same (or at least comparable) structure level, but once this thing punched the Karasawa out of an AC's hands and uses it for itself, it's all over.

Two words: Over Boost.

And a whole bunch more. Armored cores using their over boost drives (nuclear rocket thrusters on their backs) frequently fly about that fast, and regularly break the sound barrier, breaking windows along the way. Moreover, overboost can be turned on and off with ease, and in the process, the AC can change directions pretty damn quickly. The Evangelion looks like it has a pretty damn hard time stopping or changing direction... A properly equipped AC (hover legs, light model) could outmaneuver that easy.
