They stocked up on all of those minifigures, but couldn't be bothered to get the official hobbit ones?

Maybe their train of thought goes something along the lines of this:
peach=elves
yellow=mortals

That would make sense if they didn't use peaches as the human soldiers and the yellow collectible minifig elves.

The castle is amazing, but goddamn these details are important.

I know that this is really cool and all, but the problem that I have is that people who do things like this have to make such a huge investment for like 3 pictures. I mean, what is the guy going to do after he takes those pictures? Nothing. The castle is going to sit there and collect dust. If the guy is happy and had fun, then the more power to him, but this isn't something that I could ever see myself doing.

That would make a lot of sense. Although that brings up the question of why he's holding the ring and Sting.

Especially since no hobbits were present at the battle of Helm's Deep.

You put it on display in your house for all your guests. OR, you take it apart, and build better crap!

I'd love to see a closeup of the orc army. You know, for science.
