Here are all I know: Brickarms.com BrickForge.com Brickwarrior.com Firestartoys.com TinyTactical.com MMCBCAPES.com (I think) Fineclonier.com (decals I forgot exact site address). Here's all I can remember! Use this list and post more sites! :D

altbricks.com looks interesting. Limited range right now, but they are creating some rather interesting parts.

There's quite a bit of custom stuff on Bricklink, like Chrome bricks.
