Make me an arm

i come to you on this fine evening with a plea for help!
As some of you have Sig figs a am planning a Sig Dalek who will lead my army into battle.
For this i will need an arm that can attach sideways to a hollow stud and then ends upright like a minifig hand so he can hold an OTC

1x2 with horisontal stick. Stick on a droid arm.
