Is it just me or does this line seem well suited for Brikwars? (And hey, anything that has Sharks with Lasers is made of win)

You didn't have anything to do with this by any chance Mike?

Frigg. In. (space). Awesome. I didn't read too far into it, but did they specify a release date or anything?

It's like they took a bunch of James Bond movie plots and turned them into sets... Getting for the awesome guns.

Also; That guy with a chainsaw for a hand is my new hero.

they don't meat up to my expectation, to much violence and the sets look more mega blokee than legoee.

I fail to see how these sets can possibly be any more violent than Star Wars, Indiana Jones, or Exo-Force. It's just a Lego take on the spy genre, which as any James Bond movie will tell you is full of guns, explosions, gadgets, and women. In that order.

Any one but Casino Royale, which has replaced all gadgets with cell phones.

Anyway, RESOUNDING YES, this has a place in Brikwars. The 'jaw-helm' will find its way into my goblin army if they don't put it in themselves, the new 'prosthetic' arm has to be the best addition to minifigs in recent memory, and the spy supercar is amazing. Barbed Wire, new hair, yet another shark (Old Grey, Saw-nose, Creator and Aquanauts not enough for you guys? It's the stingray that kills people...) and enough of the new grills to cool off the sun. I just wish they'd separate the sets to good and evil so that henchmen-collecting would be easier.

As for the violence, Lego has almost always been violent. Just because swords had a rounded tip didn't mean they weren't meant for severing limbs. They came out with skeletons how long ago? Exo-Force's violent people-on-robot combat, Bionicle, Star Wars, let's face it: Pirates, Castle, Space, Winnie the Pooh, all designed with intent to fight. Super-Pacifist Armor Batman just doesn't sell to anyone.

I think someone working for Lego found this forum.

Don't look at me, "sharks with freakin' lasers on their heads" is from Austin Powers. Blame Mike Myers.
