Elevator and stairs and internal walls will take up so much space... You will be pissed. D: Just go with 1 elevator. I speak from experience here. >_>

yeah build your first floor with stairs and build the floors first.
don't build the roof first!

If you are making a multi level building for use in Brikwars how will you be getting access to the different floors for purposes of moving Minifgs around? Will each floor be able to seperate with relative ease, and will this affect the structural integrity of the building?
Were I to have the parts I would probably build each story with flats at the top of each level's walls save for the corners which would hold a long
technic axel pointing upwards, maybe held in place by
2x2 round bricks which conveniently can have a technic axle slotted in. Possibly coat the axle in said round bricks then leave a 2x2 'peg' hole for the technic axle/round brick assembly to slot into.
One of these on each corner would allow each floor to rest upon one other without any risk of sideways slippage. Possibly throw in some
technic plates for additional firmness of the peg-holding assembly.

I second this.
Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

ok ill but some picks up of my other lego building, it does have stair ans its even longer, though i do mean a small elevator maybe 6x6
as for the floors they will be made up of the walls for that floor also each floor will have 3 columns to help hold the structure up, ie distribute weight. but let me just say its lighter than it looks, those windows help out alot.
