Want.
Those stands are actually really nice, too. I hope they're like regular plats on the bottom; that would be a really good part itself.

And Brothers Brick says that they'll probably be around $2 per pack, which contains one random figure. I'm assuming they'll all be equally distributed. Neat idea.
I think Rayhawk's (I think it was his) idea that there should be one of each type of piece in the pack. I would really love that. It would be ridiculously frustrating sometimes, but amazing at the same time.

Well, considering the impulse packs are $4 to $6 depending on where you go AND those contain minifigs and parts that are in other sets, I'd say that this is a great deal. Some minifigs without accessories are way more than that on Bricklink.

Looking at it again, I wish they had a little more to the ninja. His torso and head are the only things that are different, and the torso isn't really much different anyway. He should have printed legs and/or another weapon.

I am uber excited about the figs, but seeing the stands is awsome as well. At least your guaranted a stand in each pack. You can always sell any extra of figs you don't want. The stands will be awsome for bickwars, and if they do attach to other things on the bottom, which they most likely will(army men stands do) then they are goning to have some awsome parts usage for MOC's.

Will they be normal or will they suck like the keychain ones?

Well, the emo kid comes with a skateboard, so I'm betting they can come off and stuff.

Also, the bases appear to have two extra studs to either side, so I bet they just clip on like a normal minifig to brik.
