An okay ship, ran out of bits when the walls were almost done.

You ran out after just that? Damn you must have like no Lego. I pity you
:(

I got to ask how old are you Legoliam11?

Well I have a lot of flat pieces and angled pieces and that sort of thing, but yes I don't have that much lego, but it is constantly increasing. :(

Oh I forgot to comment on the actual ship. It's pretty good for something built out of mismatched briks, and the apparent lack of slopes. At least you managed to make it symmetrical. Also, the guns are pretty good for their level of simplicity, I barely ever use those small yellow engine pieces for anything, but they fit your ship. Only big problem for me is the main engine, which you already pointed out a reason for its suckiness.

In summary, it's a great start judging by what you seem to have, but buy some more Lego. It can lead to great... err I mean "great" things

Some of the best photography on the forum and some of the worst building. :D

Do you mean angled as in roof slopes? Or angled as in horizontal slopes? Either way, I think you should've used used them some more on the ship. Try putting some at the bottom of the command deck to bland it more smoothly with the main hull, or some where the wide part of the hull and the narrow part connect. I really like what you did with white bricks on the side, the kind of triangle-ish shape you got going there. Nice touch

Angled pieces

When I say angled pieces I don't mean the fat ones like on rooftops, I mean like pointy bits and all kinds of odd flat pieces.

This reminds me to rebuild the Rainbow Demon.

The basic shape of the ship is not bad but you need more bricks. So stop buying 40k/smoking pot/whatever and get some more Lego.

I wasn't a fan of the outside much but I really warmed to this ship when I saw the insides, great job. Reminds me of some of the stuff I used to do when I was young. And more Lego = more awesome.

You now have a space faring race at the early stages of it's development. So, what race owns the hammer and what are they like?

there is really nothing to add here legoliam11, but like they've said, gather more legos and Im sure you can improve this ship. alot! I still think its pretty good for a start 8)
