Cruiser Meme Advice

So while I was working on my replacement ship for the Shairo,The Kaplan I was about to attach Nukes onto an outside launcher but then I realized I could put them in a bomb bay so it can NUKE IT FROM ORBIT!
Afterwards I was trying to think of some memes that I could (legitimatly) use in the ship.
Also there's a lot of extra space on the ship and I can't think of what to do with it, any suggestions.

How would putting the nukes in a giant bomb bay make them more suited to deploying from orbit than putting them in launchers?

in control room make it so that the clock brick(digital) with one more number is like 10423 or something. then it can be OVER 9000!

That extra space could be put to use for a teleporter or time dilator or other such unlikely kit.
Nukes are old school armaments. You should update to the latest in missile technology and get some proper bomb pumped laser warheads. The Immortals can sell you some through Dial'O'Death if you have the money... [or we can discuss some other sort of deal perhaps?] (In character).

Perhaps a teleporter for ground troop deployment, a assault vessel for enemy craft boarding, some turrets, nuke launchers, gigantic bomb bay, missile rack (those take lots of space) shoop, ion or any kind of super big badass cannon, fighter bay, drone bay, drop pod module... there lots of stuff, see the ones that fulfill your needsn
