**Brickshelf Find** And Image HEAVY!

I want to make some hardsuits for my army to give some heavy support for my infantry (since I probably won't have a tank), and was looking around the web for some inspiration. Goodness....I found the holy grail!

I give you...

NORI -- Hardsuit Expert (And yes, they hold a whole minifig)

(These masterworks were NOT done by me, but NORI, a user on Brickshelf)

No, god doesn't exist.

If you can get instructions for these, this guy is awesome. Go to his website. Maybe you'll find something.

It's all in Japanese.

It's not too hard to figure out how to make these things though if you just look at the different poses. I don't have those "T" axle grey pieces though and don't want to use any grey in my army. The bear claw on the white suit is simply genious though. Reminds me of the big elite marines from Warhammer 40k. I like the idea of a giant hammer too on the other white suit. The best part of the blue suit is the extra sniper rifle attached on the back. The big thick grey suit has that cool shoulder shield that I've in Gundam before. The flying grey suit is simply awesome. Very nimble and obviously the least parts intensive. The wings are sick.

Something else about those particular suit designs: quite fragile on certain joints. All well done, and relatively easy to mimic. Geez blitzen, it's like you've never tried to build any of the alt-models on the back of a lego box before. *looks at lego box* Well, they used to put them on the back of boxes.

yeah, most of the model is visible, it wouldn't be too hard to mimic. or at the very least get someting similar if you have the parts.

I've done more annoying mimicing build where I had to guess the interior as well.

I guess you misunderstood me. I was trying to imply the same about KoB, but I guess I took "find out yourself, loser" to "make him tell you".

I also am sad at the lack of alternates, as I have no boxes from before 2005, but a lot of LEGOs.

Well, thats great if you can see half the intricate interior of a sub-block model of a hard-suit/mini-mech. In this case, you can't. Naturally, if I actually cared about the ones you could see most of, I wouldn't be asking. Two in particular that are awesome, you also can't see. I think he did it to preserve his secret.

well actually you can, there isn't all that much interiour here, for many of these you can see pretty much everything except for the back, but he may have more pictures on his site.
