sad news everyone.
I have decided to scrap the SHIP WIP and use the pieces to make a better craft ,a smaller one decked one.

you see I don't have very many pieces and the SHIP WIP is on the edge of my collections support ability, sure it looks nice but the inside is poorly thought out the floor is a mess tons of inaccesible areas on the lower deck not to mention a bunch of structural flaws such as the fact that the hangar door can barely fit a buzzard standard. a goshawk is out of the question.
That brings me to point 2 the escort ship which will also be scrapped due to limited parts and inspiration.

Why would you destroy such a masterpiece? you might ask but I think i can create a better albeit a little smaller SHIP by using the pieces and knowledge gained by building the SHIP WIP and the escort.

ok the new SHIP will be about the size of the pirahna but a bit wider and a lot more heavily armed it will be quite a lot more detailed since i have smaller area for the details so it wont be many empty boring areas(no flying greeble though) it will propably be better looking than the old SHIP WIP too and the ribs and stuff will remain on the newer SHIP.

Now onto details on the new SHIP single deck more details more sturdiness more mechs inside (4 at least) more playability less stand on a table and get dust allover .

So as for a backstory as to why the SHIP WIP and escort never made it off the shipyards I don't know perhaps an immortal core decided the biomass recycler seemed like a particularly good place too regenerate,
or maybe a piece of the nyphilians new stealthship got stuck in the reactor without anyone knowing since it was invisible, or the ship simply was a giant Blokbot who knows?

also I decided to post this here since it seemed to be the appropriate place after all all the other SHIP WIP installments were posted here if a mod wants to move it be my guest.

Better to start over than wasting time and pieces on something you do not like (anymore).

It is a very legoish thing to do: scrap, recycle, build something new. It's why we use bricks instead of plastic kits and glue. Your ship was very nice but I'm thrilled that you are making a better one! I'm looking forward to seeing it.

I second that. I was looking forward to seeing it completed- but if you think that you can build something more epic only smaller, than do it.
