Clan Morrigan has been busy developing its Armored Division to support its many quick strike units as well infantry. In the spirit of Clan Morrigan's advanced tech features and mobile units, a heavy battle armor was developed instead of the typical tank. The hardsuit has been dubbed "Roc" named after the collosal mythical bird that was so powerful it could carry and devour elephants. There is expected to be a few more Rocs developed that will feature alternative weaponry such as gauss cannons and long range missiles.

a mech doesn't necessarily have to look good to kill something does it?

But then where's the awesomeness and glory? The death and destruction is more beautiful and crushing under the wrath of a glorious machine.

Ah, the Warhammer 40k universe, such an inspiration. In fact I drew some concepts from the Marine Dreadnoughts and Terminators. Now you know what I'm talking about, but I'd call the Orks menacing and brutal, rather than glorious.

Now that's the glory of desctruction by a walker.

And how convenient. In LEGO too. 40k goodness. (Courtesy of Jerrec on Brickshelf)

I can totally see a cool vignette with this, STAN-1337, and the Guardians wreaking havoc in a shopping mall.

I don't think anyone can answer that question for himself. But really I've got two big LEGO piles. One is for my army use and the other for anything else. I keep my black and dark green pieces with my army. Although it looks like I could be ripping up my old models to make these new ones because they all use a lot of the same pieces, I just have a lot of the same piece because of Bricklink. The other pile is three times as big and is just a mess covering half of my bedroom floor.
