It looks a bit cramped, but functional. I like the interior, all in all.

Cramped but not bad, an idea for the lights on the roof is you might try using a solid color 2x2 disk and then the trans 1x1 plate.

I tried the disc idea but it didn't look like something that would be in a vehicle's cabin.

A lot of thought and work went into this methinks. It came out very well, reminds me of the APC in Aliens.
