It is 100 studs long, but I had to shrink it down in photoshop so that the image would fit on a browser page.
Antennas on the roof.
Oh I just thought of a name - BumbleBorg

Wow! Amazing! You just won the internet!

How many thousands of $ did this set you back?

It came out to just a little over $9000.
I used every brick I had, but somehow managed to get this monster built.
It was a grueling 10 maybe 15 minutes of hard core brickery to get that 100 stud ship built.
Hopefully the shrinking of the picture in photoshop doesn't diminish its awesomeness.

I always liked the Borg episodes on Star Trek.
The BumbleBorg is epic in its Brikwarsiness

Does it only have one tiny gun though that is connected somehow to all it's internal workings, causing the entire thing to be destroyed once the tiny gun is fired only once? Or is that taking the metaphor too far...?

Yeah thats too far
Although this ship is immortal.
No matter how destroyed it gets it can be rebuilt.
All the interior hallways have beige carpet.

Wait a minute. I only count 6 studs.

I built it at 100 studs.
I took a photo, but the image was too big for a browser page.
So I shrunk it in photoshop, so there are some distortions, its just an optical illusion you are seeing.

Actually I thinkthose studs are made of several dozen of these pieces...
Btw, I'm very impressed with the scale of this creation....

Oh right I forgot to mention that the "studs" you see are actually made up of many Lego elements.
