I build little mechs, just for the hell of it. Enjoy!

Amazing! Nicely done!

Although, I do hope you're a member of Mecha Hub. You are a member, correct?

(This is the part where you go and get involved ::wink::)

I would, but my designs aren't all that great, and they rely pretty heavily on the work of other builders, so it doesn't feel right showing them off somewhere like that.

Wow, I marvel at the extreme levels of maturity you just demonstrated

There's a difference from a blatant copy to using bits and pieces of a design.

Not the absolute best mechs I've ever seen, but those are better than 95% of others. They just don't look as flexible as some others.

they have about 16 points of articulation, so they can pose, just no where close to the range of a human. the only part that bugs me are the arms, they can be tricky at times

Unless I forgot how to count, my best robot has 26 points of articulation, with only four of them in its arms. My best mech has only 14 points of articulation (Yeah, I aren't the best at mech building myself) and four of those are in the arms. So, yeah, the arms are tricky to build indeed.

issue is that lego doesn't make ball joints scaled for them =/

Unless you want to make a LARGE mech. Then, they are the only saving grace for any piece to ever be included in any nionicles set ever.

those are fairly nice looking mechs but also very flimsy. I would work on that if I where you and wanted to be good at the same time.

OH, so they aren't just straight copies? Well if they just use bits of inspiration of design from other builders, that's kk. I just thought you copied them completely. So, total ∆'d!

Has anyone seen Keith Goldman's gallery on Mechahub? That guy is amazing! Seriously, if your looking for sci-fi inspiration, that's it.

Yes, yes I have. I derive 99% of my inspiration from mecha hub. Even inspiration for aircraft, oddly enough...
