What is Black Fantasy

I've seen this theme on brickshelf but I no nothing about it other than the stuff is black things with red eyes. The most well known creater of Black Fantasy is Nannan Z.

It's supposed to be a bit creepy and unreal, that's a big part of it

That's pretty epic. Looks really dark but I haven't heard of it before.

Is there any story behind it. Was Nannan Z the one who created it or is just the most famous builder of it.

yeah, black fantasy is basically the evil side of the fantasy department. instead of unicorns and pegasi, you've got mechanical beasts with blackened eyes. think lovecraft, not grimm!
