I was bored yesterday so I made this tank:

Alpha-113 isn't what I really call it. I was thinking more along the lines of "Banana Slug Assault Tank" :)

It comfortably seats up to five minifigs:

So what do you think?

APC- Armored Personnel Carrier.. or something of that nature. It's like a van that you haul people with if you don't want those people being filled with all kinds of nasty holes. *Checks wikipedia* Also stands for Armor Piercing Capped, which would happen to be something of an opposite of the Carrier.

(Dunno if I'm more of a fool for answering these questions or waiting for them to be asked...)

Yes, I think this would work alot better as an APC.

My 2 cents: with all that room on the top, you could possibly build a detachable missile launcher (or turret). It would only add to the destruction capabilities and bad-assery of the tank. As I mentioned, I would make it detachable because it would add a considerable amount of CP, so it would be left to the users discretion whether or not to have the ability, at the downside of more CP.

Detachable things are always best. I do that in Warhammer 40K as well, using these amazingly strong magnets from thinkgeek. I attach one to the arm socket, and then the others to the fifteen different weapon choices I have for my Crisis Suits. This way, I can choose based on how many points I have in the battle and what exactly I'm up against. Okay, so the last one's cheating a bit, but that's part of the reason why knowing is half the battle.

...Right?

with it's current armament, it's technically an assault gun. an assault gun is a tank, but without a rotating turret.

regardless, i like it. i especially like the side skirt armor. the bionicle pieces meld very nicely with the tank treads, which is tough to do. although i will admit, i've found plenty of uses for bionicle pieces. i've got a droid specifically designed to flip tanks over that has a gripping device made of some bionicle swords, and a boat that uses some other swords as pontoon-type thingies.
