I don't know what's more awesome, the fact that he build a Saturn V out of Lego...
...Or that it might actually be to Minifig scale.
Ok, at 1:44, the 363' Saturn 5 would need to be 8'3" which is too small, but at 1:35 it need to be about 10'4"...
Well, I think it's actually too big...

It looks like a hyperweapon. I have no doubts that this could destroy the brikverse.

Technically explosives are sized by the number of briks used to make them, so...

A cool as that is, there's the possibility that the builder is an Asterios, just with a giant Saturn V rocket instead of 10,000 minifigs.
