Yes and no. He is actually SAYING something here, and if need be it could be analyzed, rather decently at that. Admittedly, one or two of his words are misused (vanguard), but overall it makes SENSE. I get what he's saying, and I'd consider the prose to be above average.

It's a sad excuse, but it's true.
It's just not WORTH commenting on, because it's J+B.
