A few quick ones I scribbled lately. They should provide context for what is where on Northeros.

Important - these are only maps of the landmass known as Northeros. As such, they do not represent Medivo in its entirety. Therefore other Medivo content creators (such as Scratch and Brags) are more than welcome to post their works here if they feel like it.

Pic.1: The continent of Northeros (without Midran):

This one gives a general idea of the shape of the landmass and all major territories.

Pic.2: The map of the Empire:

This shows all major provinces and subzones within the Empire, along with all currently known sites where battles/soaps happened.

:necro:

A new continent has/will be making itself known to the peoples of Northeros very soon. To what end, you might ask? :mystery:

All that I can gather so far is the name, "Esduin" if my intel is right. More will be revealed soon!

Made a map of the Southern Realm, where my future Medivo armies are located:
Image

During a series of unfortunate events, the mighty Empire of the South split apart, as the people of Govina and the Elves felt more and more discontent with the rule of the King Despot of Lavigrad. He, however, desires to restore said Empire with an even more iron grip over its former subjects.

Another necro? Sure why not. Here's an updated version of the Upper Norselands, to help set up my setting for some impending updates.

Image

The Upper Norselands

Thought to be a barren and frozen wasteland, even the coldest region of Northeros has a surprising populace. It is home to the growing ranks of the Frostborne and their allies, but is also the roosting place of more far more sinister and ancient forces, in the most desolate reaches in the Deep North.

The Crags of Lorne

The Crags are the largest stretch of mountains in the Norselands, separated the upper and lower halves. They are home to Frostborne, whose capital city, Naklin, is on easily the tallest mountain in the Crags. It is said that almost all of Northeros can be observed from the mountain’s peak. Lorne is also home to various bands of Norsemen, most of which have been united under one banner that is the Frostborne Realm.
The Gravelgrinder dwarves, a small clan of brilliant technicians, have settled near the edge of the Evergreen Depths, only a mere few leagues away from Pinewood. It is a stone fortress, carved right from the side of the mountains.

Evergreen Depths

The Evergreen Depths is a forest of ancient pines, as tall as they are old. The forest itself yields little wildlife and are almost as silent as falling snow. Though barely explored, many scouts have reported coming across old settlements in the forest, long burned down and abandoned. Most Norsemen tribes avoid it entirely, calling it cursed.

Glacial Coast

The frozen shorelines in the northeast corner are surprisingly usable as ports and are the location of several Norse and Frostbornian harbors. Icebergs are strewn about only a league or two out to sea and are dangerous to those that don’t know their way around fields of ship-eating glaciers.

The Piercing Tundra

Beyond the Crags of Lorne lies an ancient battlefield-turned frozen wasteland, truly the most barren and harsh location in all the Upper Norselands. It stretches out from coast to coast, with no trees and no rocky structures to catch the biting winds that howl along the entire tundra. There are whispered tales of the fated tundra, said to have been the final battle between long forgotten factions of Northeros, which had all seemingly perished during the fated war. To this day, many nearby denizens (though there are few) claim to see sinister stirrings on the horizon of the ancient tundra.

These maps need work, but good start. I second the notion for more fjords.
