Making a game, and starting with sprites. I'm not really good at drawing stuff(i.e. dysgraphia), so I'm taking a unique approach in that I've started at 32 x 64 pixels and worked together a basic image, and from there I'm stretching it and then fine tuning it.
So without further adieu, here's my progress with making a person.

I started by making sort of a basic framework, and then creating a sort of skeleton on that.

Cleared out the framework, fleshed out the base image, and filled hollow areas for better visualization. For posting purposes, I made a spare image and filled the surrounding area white so you can better see the edges. The grey represents areas which are to be partially filled.

Filled out basic colors, stretched to 64 x 128 pixels, and trimmed image. forgot the image before I stretched it, but it doesn't really matter.
If you have any feedback to help me improve, than it'd be greatly appreciated. I may or may not have addressed a certain aspect of the image by the time you post, but it's better to assume I didn't.
Thanks!
EDIT: beginning to work on something other than sprites, so I changed OP accordingly.
