Dude you made it with balsa wood? When you noticed it will be broken... Unless you intend on just showing it off on a shelf or something, but thats no fun
Still, looks loyal to the real thing. I once saw a real one in a medieval fair weapons master, he explain lots of important stuff about blades. The spartan sword is supposed to slash vertically and then stab horizontal, therefore its shape, handle and balance.

When I was 17 I didnt make a sword.
I made a cannon!
Well ok it was only big enough to hold a firecracker in the barrel.
I could thread the fuse out a touch hole and it worked.
Used a metal lathe at school.
Also made a wood gun carriage for it
Nice sword.

My bad, it looked like balsa though for being so thin and light colored. Are you going to sand it?
