Steampunk Microscale Army

That's right! I'm doing some microscale stuff that isn't Sci-Fi, per se. I made this fleet in anticipation of a "Mortal Engines"-themed brikwar (I'm gonna be anti-traction league, my friend will have a tractionist force).

Image
Small 2-man scout airships, mainly designed to be cannon fodder.

Image
The command airship, armed with 2 vicious autocannons for shredding airships and small traction towns alike.

Image
Bomber airships.

Image
Fighter airships, with rocket racks for fighting lightly-armored targets.

Image
The centerpiece, a massive Sky-Dreadnought with 4 balloons (so it can level itself easily), 4 autocannons, 1 top-mounted AA gun, and 1 "city-breaker" cannon.

So, what do you guys think?

These are meant to be extremely small-scale, as to have large battles.

Also, the guy I'll be going against will have a tractionist force, so my airships would have to seem small as apposed to his rolling cities.

Probably. It depends on when the battle is.

Also, for those of you who don't know what "Mortal Engines" is, it's a series of books by Philip Reeve that take place in a post-apocalyptic steampunk-ish world where cities are now mobile, and airships rule the skies. Also, if a city needs supplies, it will need to find another city-- and consume it. Very interesting story, and an engrossing and believable world. I would suggest the books very much.

Neato! Can't wait to see the other guy's Traction Towns. Will it be a straight air fleet vs. cities battle, or will he have some airships/heavier-than-air-forces as well?

A Tumbler-Launcher might be a neat addition for later as well.

I'm considering having a tumbler airship, but that would make me green storm, wouldn't it? I should :sbr: and build me some kamikazes, and possibly a few merc aeroplanes.

*double-post*

Updates!

Image
The new command airship, with 4 autocannons and 3 tumbler bombs. (For those of you who don't know, a tumbler is a bomb with a pilot inside to guide it.)

Image

Image
Two heavy airships with 1 autocannon each, to accompany the old command airship.

So, what do you guys think?

Yeah, those necrons are actually a project I'm doing for my buddy who plays them.
(I really need to take new pictures of my guardsmen)

Anyway, thanks!

Yeah. One of the main characters in the Mortal Engines series was a tumbler pilot who's bomb failed.
