One trooper breaks from the squad in a sprint and grabs the briefcase.
UNITED SYSTEMS ALLIANCE HAS THE BRIEFCASE!
The rest of the squad moves up and manages to kill a Phalanx.
Rocket guy reloads.
The trooper misses his shot on slick, and the naked dude redshirts for the smartgunner's first shot.
The second shot, however, hills him.

The Pyroclast attacks the squad of soldats.
Von Blatt begins to whip up some defensive magic...
Unfortunately 3/4 die fumble, and the squad is reduced to a pile of ash.
For the first time in the game, the mortar successfully fires!
Or at least, it doesn't crtfail. The shot misses by 2", and will land here next turn.
The two remaining phalanxes open fire.
The Rocket guy goes down.

They Pyroclast is ringed by magic.
..and the disintegrates.
The soldats on the roof manage to bust 1 hp off the spider tank.
The Knights then attack the spider tank, dealing ridiculous damage.
The Spider Tank is wrecked.
The Operant managed to bail though.
