My top 5 are

1 Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt
2 Pokemon
3 The Slayer OVAs

I would get to 5, but I've only seen 3.

Why didn't I see 1 and 4, yet. Judging from their titles, these must be masterpieces.

I haven't even seen the original, but this abridged series is cracking me up. Totally reminds me of this forum  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThqPy5Judog

In no particular order:

Rurouni Kenshin (series, OVA's, films, whatever, I like all of it), Ninja Scroll (series and film), Code Geass, Hellsing (OVA's), Fate Zero, Berserk (series, haven't seen the rest).

Add Ghost in the Shell if films count.

When I think about it, that's probably most of the animes I've seen anyway.

I really liked how at least for a while it seemed like literally everyone was at risk of dying. The exchange between Caster and Ryuunosuke about god was probably my favourite part, I consider it on par with the major's speech in terms of insanity. Also, Crispin Freeman.

The only thing I didn't get is why Saber wasn't around to stop Irisviel from being kidnapped, that seemed like an oversight that wasn't really in line with Emiya's character.

The battle between Archer and Rider was also rather anti-climactic. Apart from that though, really good anime.
