BFenix's Artwork - UPDATE: Battletech p.2
Re: BFenix's Artwork - UPDATE: Hussaria
I like the subtle positioning of the enormous phallic lance. Like "P.S., Poland will fuck you up"

Nice one! 10/10 would bang
I'm actually thinking about putting a minifig version of that gal on one of my air-/spacecraft.

A little drawing for someone very special.
I have a few more works coming up once I stop procrastinating infinitely and get rid of those "WIP" labels.

Nice. I like how the armour doesn't have breasts.

I don't like how the armor doesn't have breasts. I like boobs.

Re: BFenix's Artwork - UPDATE: Iron Girl
So, lately I've been losing my soul to Devil Daggers. An arena survival FPS with an old-school Quake-ish vibe, by Australia-based Sorath. (I made a post on Lesser Games about it)
The game is brutal in a way that it throws you directly into the action and you'll learn and master it by dying. alot. Because with the exception of the floor and the gems you pick up, everything else will kill you instantly. Motivation comes from constantly trying to beat your own highscore. (I recommend you only check out replays of people on your level or slightly above you. Watch DraQu set the world record and you'll fall into a deep depression after you realize that Hell is real and that you suck at trying to beat it)
Anyway, I shared the thought on IG that I'd be cool to "frag" a skull once personal highscores kept getting broken, so I'm sharing first blood from my latest (273.6439s) run. Not too shaby, managed to get to the twin centipedes.
These little skully assholes offer little trouble by themselves, however, they'll always spawn in considerable swarms, thus why you get "SWARMED" when the buggers get you.
Kinda screwed the dagger here and there, but I like the end result.

Holy damn I love this. I love how emphasized the blood is due to the black and white pencil drawing. Always wanted to try something like that. Good stuff overall, man.

Thanks dude, the red gel pen did have an interesting effect on watercolor paper, I think I'm sticking with it for the rest of the drawings.Kommander Ken wrote:Holy damn I love this. Before more Devil Daggers;
Here's something simple to honor what's probably the most important FPS ever, while something more 'complete' gets worked on (yes, I still have that old tribute to finish).
Although I'm pretty disappointed the way multiplayer works in the new Doom, the single player experience seems promising! However, the fancy new ultraviolence will have to wait since I got nothing powerful enough to run it
Well, I guess I still have Doom 64 to finish...
Anyways, I absolutely MUST share a Youtube channel I discovered fairly recently called Ahoy. The man produces videos of extreme quality regarding the universe of video games. His last stellar analysis was of Quake, but, of course, he made Doom more than justice, check it out:
My appreciation for iDs' masterpieces was accentuated after reading the book "Masters of Doom" and since then I've delved even more into the guts of their games, mainly Doom. I mean, this piece of software is as old as I am. I have a bloody poster of Don Ivan Punchatzs' cover work in my closet as some sort of altar!
