I bought this 7TP tank from COBI out of curiosity. I guess the brick quality is quite close to Lego but the set itself feels more like a scale model than a proper playset. Even the hatch at the front of this tank doesn't offer enough space for the driver. Most interior is covered by plates and bricks spanning across the tanks width.

Given it's almost as big as the Smok Main Battle Tank, I might reconsider the latter's size at some point.

Cobi minifig compared to his Lego counterpart. In the past, Cobi used to make minifigs more akin to the Lego ones but the overall plastic quality was worse back then.

Lego minifigs barely have any grip on Cobi guns, so I would recommend against using these as BrickArm substitutes. At least Cobi minifigs can handle their respective weaponry well.

To be honest, I agree with you Tasty. While Palpatine and Vader are both evil (Palpatine more so), the rest of the Empire really wasn't that bad. I mean, they never really did anything that bad, (They blew up Alderaan, yes, but that was only because Alderaan was killing hundreds of Imperial stormtroopers etc) in fact they kind of helped out.
But anyway, it's a great set, and that's the main thing.
Also, nice find Duerer, that tank looks half decent

It's a shame the pistol doesn't fit with minifigures, its a great lookin gun. The tank looks cool, despite the cheap look of the bricks. Man, if only Lego made some tanks. Alas, they are all anti "war" and we will probably never see an irl tank come out of any TLG line.

It doesn't look too bad as a whole, but it's CLONE LEGO. Too bad the gun doesn't fit Minifigures, it looks cool and probably is cheaper than brickarms.

I know it's not LEGO, but I got this recently, I will be getting some minifigs soon, and I will post them too.

Just got Cobi's 75mm Schneider field gun today and yeah, it's a gun.

Together with the 7TP from Friday.

Even though Cobi's weapons are incompatible with Lego, the headgear fits on classic minifig heads with ease.

We tried to get Lego to put Char's Zaku into Exo-Force year 2, but they didn't go for it.

Man that would have been amazing
