Britannian "Swallowtail" Heavy Fighter Plane

Post by ninja_bait » Thu Jul 11, 2019 8:37 am

The Britannian Swallowtail is a heavy fighter plane used in air support and escort roles. The plane was retired several decades ago during modernization efforts in the RAF, but this old prop plane has been pulled out of mothballs to deal with the threat of Da Brootalz. Its unique nose guns, firing large-caliber artillery shells, have proven to be the most effective at punching holes in larger Brootal units.

The design of the Swallowtail was heavily influenced by Miyazaki's designs from Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. The nose configuration and the bubble cockpits in particular are drawn from the Torumekian gunship.

This is great. I love the semi-open cockpit windscreen.

Very BrikWars. Good greebling and the angled wings really brings it to life, I got to learn that technique. And a badass front gun, but I like the gunner the best :)
