Hitokiri - Round 2
The Shogun buffs the matchlock ashigaru squad with increased accuracy.
A combination of matchlock fire, arrows and javelins cuts into the crossbowmen, wiping out the first rank.
The flamer torches another one.
The spear ashigaru tries to get up, trips and falls on his face again.
The warrior monks that were on fire roll around and disrupt themselves, but at least douse the flames. If they survive they'll either have lost use of one of their legs or one of their arms (I'll leave this up to ninja-bait).
The shogun's guard engages the spearmen, while the naginata hitokiri rush past to try and reach the crossbowmen.
The naginata hitokiri find swordsmen on their way and cut down one of them, the shogun's guard dispatches two spearmen.
Warrior monks kill two more imperial troops.
The blazer moves up and fires at one of the starcapes, blowing his horse out from under him (the rider survives but is disrupted). I couldn't turn the blazer enough without it falling off the table because the battlefield is too small (fml).
Mounted hitokiri stand back while the fire wizard channels a spell...
A wall of fire appears, obstructing the imperial advance.
What is happening to the ninja?!
She morphed into three separate entities! Each entity is only as strong as a regular minifig, but it has the advantage that either of them can take a heroic feat, and if all three are killed the white ninja will return to its original form.

The crossbowmen shoot the infantry near them and clear the way the best they can for the cavalry.
Cavalry charges whatever it can.
Tank shoots its cannon at the flame tank, and its flamethrowers at the infantry in front of it, moving up as needed.
Melee infantry attacks whoever they can, moving up if possible.
Malagram uses his feat to boost the range of the Starcapes rifles with some tinkering, then attacks the closest enemy if possible.
Starcapes shoot at the mage if they can get in range, otherwise they shoot the flame tank operator.
Anyone I missed attacks the nearest enemy.

Sorry about not continuing this earlier. Things got a little crazy and I kinda misplaced my camera. I also knocked the Blazer down by accident and have been loath to repair it. But I'll continue this shortly (I hope you guys are still around).

The Empire - Round 2
Crossbowmen open fire, killing the last javelineer and the flamethrower Hitokiri.
Imperial knights squeeze through and attack, but can't get any hits in.
The tank amazingly fails every attack roll.
The imperials attack in melee, but don't achieve much. A spearman fells a warrior monk.
Rangers move up. A volley mows down two ashigaru and a bow Hitokiri.
Malagram wants to upgrade the starcapes' muskets, but in a seeming bout of insanity knocks their weapons out of their hands instead, stopping them from firing this turn. [CRIT FAIL]
Hitokiri - Round 3
(I resolved their round since it seems ninja-bait is not around. If you are, you can still post orders.)
Two swordsmen are chopped down.
A volley from the ramparts kills two rangers.
The Blazer rolls up and fires, but barely scratches the steam tank's paint.
A knight is skewered by a warrior monk. Two spearmen are cut down by the shogun's guard.
Another ranger falls to the last ashigaru bowman.
The white ninja and her apparitions do a very ninja thing: they appear behind the crossbowmen and slit their throats. The black ninja realizes her weapon isn't really suited to such an action and fails though.
The fire wizard shoots a fireball and cooks the second imperial knights alive.
The mounted hitokiri, unable to reach any targets, ride up the slope, pick up guns and open fire, killing two rangers.
Sensing victory, the shogun draws his katana and rides down from the hill.
"Forward! Push to victory!"

Malagram, 3 Starcapes (1 is lying down but he was only disrupted), 1 dismounted knight, 1 officer, 1 spearman, 1 halberdier, 1 ranger, 2 crossbowmen and the steam tank and its operator.

Malagram uses his feat to enhance the tank to actually hit something, then the tank shoots everything it can at the firetank. The starcapes fire on the ninjas. The other ranged guys finish off the ninjas, or keep shooting at the enemy ranged units. Melee guys keep fighting the enemy melee.
