Okay, here's my interpretation of the Jaguar... I present to you the Ceres Assault Car:

The Assyrian version of the jaguar has some differences between itself and the one used by the Riot forces. Most obviously, the Ceres variant has an automatic gun turret rather than a manned one. This makes it more efficient because enemies can't just shoot the turret's operator.

The Ceres doesn't have a spare tire on the back. It has different tires from front to back so a spare wouldn't make as much sense as it does on the original. This lets the Ceres save a bit of weight.

This version is also more heavily armed. It has hidden gun emplacements on both sides, as opposed to just one. Also, the turret is dual-barreled, making it twice as deadly.

There you can see the dual gun mounts.

Because there is no side door the driver must exit through the roof hatch.

Since the rear turret is automated the Assyrians had to incorporate a targeting computer. Here you can see its radar screen behind the steering wheel. This way the driver can focus on the road and fire only the side weapons while the computer takes care of other targets.
That's all!!
