Allegro Pirate Lord

First of all, I'm new to this forum, but not new in a sense. I've been looking at this forum for the past two months but just now got around to joining it. Anyway, this is a pirate lord who is wearing a heavy armor suit which has a built in hat-gun. Anyone with brains would know to get out of his way
