I think he was referring to the Exo-Force crawler.

And no, I'm pretty sure they don't sell them at any regular retail store. Must've been off Bricklink or maybe a store with an outdated stock.

Same here, as soon as I saw that giant mech on Brickset, I knew I'd have to buy it. Alpha Team was always my favorite theme.
