Eep! I didn't mean it. Dying heros make me sad, and it was a well thought out strategy. I would have never committed to it- next turn would end up with a dead Brag anyways, only plus a suit of armor...Bragallot wrote:Well thanks very much, Ross, I'll remember itRoss_Varn wrote:[whoever told Brag to ditch the armor is a damned idiot].

I had tried to melt the snow beneath the axmen, but instead it just conjured a fireball.Silverdream wrote:Also, whoever played the orks seemed very inexperienced. They didn't try to do anything creative with magic powers.

I wonder when people will finally get it that Silva is a troll
But yeah, why throw snowballs around when you can throw fireballs. Which one would you prefer to be hit by? The latter? Someone without suicidal tendencies answer this question please...
I can see the point though: he was probably trying to bury my artillery with an avalanche, which would've won them the game.

I was cheated miserably by chance. That and your ability to post orders first. There was me editing pictures, looking up names of units to get the spelling right, making a work of art from my orders in no less than a speedy half hour and you just wrote in your PM, "kill da' fuckin undead guyz!"
Well, no more. I'm just posting orders, no pics from now on.
I thought our lot were trying to be more inventive, while you were tactical and pulling back. I could have and should have kept up with the Hatred of Warhead thing and had your entire army coming at me, but thought it'd be too crap to pull the same stunt more than once. I have to stop playing Brikwars against Brag, and play tabletop instead. Then we'll see... but the game will be kind of, you know.

*facepalm* Tactical Editing! I remember that, from Deathwar. Then Mum started asking questions about the pics and I started sending text, which just ends up with orders being screwed up.
But that does mean I have most of the overviews from the first few FBs saved...

I prefer open combat too but your army had far more raw force than ours and an open confrontation would have shredded our dudes in less than a round or two (plus the artillery couldn't be used on fighting squads), we had to fall back and rely on the artillery and I'm pretty sure that's also the scenario Zahru had in mind when he put the teams together. Besides we did wage open battle on the right flank and you saw what happened there
I do admit I usually play trying to get as little casualties as possible most of the time unless I can get them in a situation where casualties should be at least equal (once I can afford it) - it would be different if I were commanding skellies and I would've likely just sent them all to charge. FISH!!!'s battle proved you can never stop being prudent with your forces even if you've made a big difference in kills though... Besides there were some tactical mistakes on my behalf in both battles still but Rev. did more than well backing me up.
That said, yeah I can understand you're getting tired of playing against me, remember you could always surrender
