He all ready gave plenty of hints when he showed so many different poses, even a pose exposing the full minifig which should explain quite a bit.

 Those are amazing, awesome and powntacular. I've never really tried to make a hard suit, maybe I'll try and just replace the mech I have for a hardsuit, any pointers on making a hardsuit.

That is completely awesome, I love the brick swords, and the massive guns and everything else.

some tips?
SNOT (Studs Not On Top) techniques are your friend...
that would be the most general tip I have.
no real experience with hard suits though, so that would be all I can say.

I guess you misunderstood me. I was trying to imply the same about KoB, but I guess I took "find out yourself, loser" to "make him tell you".

I also am sad at the lack of alternates, as I have no boxes from before 2005, but a lot of LEGOs.
moc off ready yet?????

Yes.
Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

After seeing this I attempted to make a hardsuit (you can see the failed attempt above). I think I see how he did but I don't understand how, probably because I try to make something that can be used and played with.

yeah, the hard part isn't getting it to look nice. it is getting it to look nice without falling apart.

I think I accomplished that. Although my Roc Armor is a little big, and I cheated cause I didn't use a full minifig, just his head, it's still pretty compact, yet thick and sturdy.

Lol, I don't think you understood the concept of housing the minifig at all. You made a cockpit for him out of bricks. He made an exoskeleton out of pieces.

Nice find, Micvash!

Those are sweet... now I'm inspired. Off I go, to build a hardsuit...

Dude, that stuff is made by IZZO! His newest work looks amazing! Check it out at Brickshelf for more of this stuff! (those images are of his stuff)
You can also check out his work at Mechahub.com

Actually, I was looking through the instruction booklet to the Viking Siege Weapon (the big, tall one that shoots the little red dart thingies and is pulled by the Vikings), and there was an alternate design in the booklet. I remember back when they were on the back of all the boxes, though. Check some of the newer pamphlets, they may very well be in there.

Nice find, by the way. It's really cool how a whole minifig can fit inside there. I think I'm going to try making one.

you'd think that, but it's actually way easy when you sit down and try. I bought a Jungle Cutter specifically for the treads, and had a bunch of leftover crap. From this, I made a hardsuit from the parts, with only about 6 or so pieces not from that set! it's very convincing, posable, and stands really well too!
