Sorry to disappoint you. Nobody has put any points in healing.

For orkish behavior, every ork earns Ork Points. You know what they are good for.
Dork and Snork for the little quarrel in the woods.
Spork for throwing burning bobbitses.
Big, well, for beeing big. No, he was NPCed all the time. No bonus for that.
Pork for setting the barn on fire and praying to Krom.
Dog for the spear action.

All for killing harmless bobbitses on sight without hasitation. And for obtaining the Thing. So two points each (but Big).

I shout to the conscious slaves "RIGHT! YOU PUSH THIS THING ALL THE WAY BACK HOME OR I BITE YOUR LEGS OFF!" Eyeing them, I add to the group "Legless bobbits still do work at camp, right?"
Also, my ork speaks in an exaggerated British accent.
EDIT: If the adventure is over, I want to put a point in climbing and a point in jumping. I WILL MAKE A PARKOUR ORK!

Meh, the character didn't really have much personality or substance to it, so I kinda just reacted to whatever was going on. Too stupid to do anything more than eat and kill, etc etc.

You could roll up an almighty smart ork. Makes good ranged support.

Make another one. He can introduced himself by building a ladder out of bones to escape the pit.

In the beginning you had four ranged support, one skirmisher and only one (!) frontline fighter, so I forced Big on you. If Keldo switched back to a "almighty smart ork", who is there to support? Also this spot is already taken by MoJo-5 Dork (Silver).
Also, beeing the stupid one can be incredible fun if you stop trying to be smart. Bid could do things the others can only deam of, like running through solid walls or use trees for a club. Think of him as the HULK to get a idea of what he may be capable of. Snork and Pork on the other hand are sharp shooters. They use 3d10(+weapon bonus) for their ranged attack. You can hit a midge's eye at the other end of town. But Pork is weak in meelee. He has the fighting abilities of a young bibbit. Only his luck and the chain mail saved him from certain death when the human leader attacked him.
The story is far from over, but you may spend your Ork Points now.

I guess some of the trouble here is that we have no setting background to work with and we don't have the dynamic of the table to ask questions and pick up on nonverbal cues.

I'll go steal a copy of the rulebook and copy-paste you guys some setting material.

To tell the truth I don't own the rule book and I only played the game at a convention once. The GM there didn't tell us much about the setting apart from the facts that KROM is almighty and that we have to get the artefact back. All I had as reference when I started to GM this game was my character sheet. I don't even remember all the rules, such as how to calculate damage.
So I had to come up with that myself and fill the holes as good as I can. Did I do that bad?
I know super detailed worlds no player can ever discover entirely and the matching set of rules that is so complicated you need hours for the smallest of skirmishes. If that's what you want, start DSA. But since we are at the Brikwars forum, the simple setting of ORKS! looked much more befitting to me.

Feedback is always welcome. If you don't like my style, tell me and I will try to improve.

Running a game you don't know the rules of? Madness.

Still, it looks like your brain managed to retain a good amount of the game, and for that I can do nothing less than commend you.

I'm not a fan of super-rules heavy systems, but I do like to know the rules of the game I'm playing :P . The best campaign setting, in my opinion, is one like Golarion, where there is enough stuff out there you can slap together a game pretty quickly even with GM's block, but left empty and open-ended enough that you can stuff it full of original content and not disturb the status quo so much that you can't keep playing in it for years.

I'm pretty happy with things as they are, and now that I know the rules (and hopefully you do too ;) ) we can get this ball rolling a bit better. I'll have Big's character sheet up and running later today.

EDIT:

Just read the intro adventure in the book, seems similar to this one (hopefully not exactly the same  ) and I found this image. It is clear what we must do.

Here's the character sheet. Download away!
