But seriously, he does have a point. It's kind of small for making a capitol ship, unless the capitol ship is small.
Of course I have a point. Although some people have no point, and thus must be put in the tiger pit.

I think he means he is
a) making a communist pizza delivery craft
b) using the black slopes and red briks
c) using the small parts for stuff

a) is most AWESOME.
Fix'd.

The Aquaraiders base is on sale here as well. I gather there are a lot of useful small parts and bits but i am reluctant on getting so many yellow bricks...

Yellow blue and white are the clours of my Time-Traveling Super Jews so it's all good. I chose the clour scheme of my army according to what colour briks and minifigs I had the most of.

I really just got it for the Rebel Troopers and the Tauntauns. I'm going to use the white helmets for tank pilots in the PRA.

Yah, I have a white helmet like that for my tank gunner too. I got it from the snowspeeder set. I am planning to get Echo Base.

I need echo base. Normally I would just bricklink those scout helmets, but they are so expensive and I don't no why!

That Echo Base set is a sign of sad times for me. Five years ago, that set would have cost half as much, even with the molding costs of the Tauntaun. I'd have bought two of them, maybe even three. I did purchase one, but I felt like I was paying $25 for a $15 set!

I don't know if I'm the only one, but I'm a little unimpressed by Lego's latest offerings. The sets just aren't as nice as they were a few years ago, and they seem pricey for their size, this Hoth set in particular. The Hoth Rebels and Snowtroopers are awesome, and the trench and Atgar Cannon are nice, but I do seem to recall $20 buying a whole Snowspeeder a few years back!

I've felt that way about all the sets on sale for the past two years. Not one is worth the asking price. Not that they are bad sets, just over priced.

Now nobody shoot me, but...

I have recently gotten back into 40k because lego costs were too prohibitive.

It's because of the plastic most people say, but I think it might also have something to do with the online Lego market.
