[HH] Two Worlds Collide (1)

My first battle which is the start of a campaign i'm thinking of. I'll try to update as fast as possible


It was a bright and sunny day as a platoon of Impirium soldiers moved out toward a distress beacon at Sapphire Bay


Captain Philip (blue helmet): Do we even know what attacked those soldiers
General Mac (blue coat): No… though there are rumors that it may have been done by something from the Nega verse.


Philip: WHAT!!! Impossible!! those bastards were sealed off from this universe forever!!
Mac: Yes but it may just be nothing but a flat out lie. Still though, killing that many well trained
soldiers, whatever we’re dealing with we shouldn’t underestimate.


Philip: Oi! Lets try asking the locals, maybe they know something
Mac: Fine, go ahead, but make it qui….


Ninja scout: General!! Unidentified soldiers dead ahead!!!


Suddenly, a group of Nega verse Halo and Destiny soldiers appear.


Master Chef: Alright you dirtbags!! Lets kick some more Lego brick ass!!

Turn 1

1. Impirium
2. Nega soldiers

IMPIRUM


Mac: Men, destroy those rejects into next century.
Soldiers YES SIR
Mac’s words combined with the soldiers intense hatred toward the Nega soldiers gives all non robotic soldiers a +2 on their rolls. (FEAT SUCCESSFUL)


The Fire Throwers then proceed to move up and blow up the ATK a Nega soldier was sliding over.
It disrupts Master Chef and the Heavy Gunner, but the Spartan on the cart gets blown to bits.


The Rifle Men move up and fire at the 2 Guardians, but sadly didn’t breach their armor.


The SPINK moves up and prepares to fire a missile and the Warthog.


BUT it criti fails and the missile malfunctions and blows up, taking the res of the rockets with it. Luckily the SPINK has better luck with its armor roll.


The Ninja Scout fires it’s spear launcher at a Spartan in the Warthog.


HEADSHOT


These guys move up and go into response fire.


The Fighter Frame moves up and fires its railgun at the Cyclops.


It hits and knocks a SP off of it. (2/3)


The Poseidon Moves up and goes into response fire.

NEGA VERSE


The hunter guardian jumps…


…decapitates a Rifleman…


…And promptly gets turned to swiss cheese by response fire (I forgot about them)


This Brute moves up and fails to damage the SPINK.


Arbiteer has better luck and cuts off part of one of the SPINK’s legs (-1” movement and 1/2 SP)


This Elite takes position in a tower and goes into response fire.


These two move up, set aside their differences, and fire at the Ninja Scout with the red one jamming his gun.


The Blue one has better luck and its shots hits home.


*SPLAT*


The Cyclops moves up…


Toward the Mech Frame…


Stomps on a Fire Thrower, killing him…


And justs fucking upercuts the shit out of the Mech Frame disrupting it and rendering its rail gun useless (1/2 SP) the second Fire Thrower bails just in time.


The raptor moves up and goes into response.


These 2 get up


The Guardian Titan moves up and fires at the Poseidon.


And barely gets pasts its high armor disabling the rocket launcher.


The Fallen Captain moves up and goes into response.


As does the Titan on the Sparrow.

Being a Creeper, the Creeper goes up toward the nicest thing its enemies have…


And blows up, destroying the Sparrow and disrupting its Titan pilot. Some debris falls on the gold titan, disrupting him.

The Redstone Snow Golem moves up… and waits…


Alex moves up and aims at the disrupted Titan.


BUT crit fails and breaks the cross bow.


Armored Steve moves toward the fort.


While this Steve flies forward, giggling maniacally.

NEGA SOLDIERS


While the Brute reloads and the Red Spartan un-jams his gun, the blue spartan shoots the poor Fire Thrower pointblank in the head.


The turret on the Warthog fires at the SPINK…


The SPINK isn’t so lucky this time.


The Cyclops is disturbed by the giggling of the Steve in the Flying Machine. So it promptly blows his head off with its shoulder cannon


The Flying Machine crashes into the SPINK wreckage, barely missing General Mac.

General Mac: MOTHER FUCKER!!!


Warpaladin Shard: You rang?!
Mac: ………..

WARPALADIN SHARD HAS JOINED THE IMPIRIUM SIDE FOR NOW


The Fallen Captain turns and fires at the Redstone Snow Golem, destroying it.


The Heavy gunner lobs a grenade…


Its a bit off target but it does kill the last Rifleman and a Blue Coat.


This Titan (and the other one off frame) gets up.


Master Chef moves up, shoots at General Mac, and misses horribly.


The raptor and the warthog move up a bit.


Arbiteer moves toward and attacks Mac, but Mac successfully blocks it.

IMPIRIUM


The mech frame gets up and dubs the Cyclops its nemesis.


Captain Philip misses his attack with his BT sword at Master Chef while the Blue Coat fails to penetrate the armor of the spartan leader with his gun.


This valiant Elite tries, and fails to harm the Cyclops.


Warpaladin Shard decides to have some fun and helps Mac by obliterating Arbiteer with his sword.


Mac himself moves up and shots the Blue spartan in the head.



The Poseidon shimmies a bit to the right and fires Trident Cannon at the group of 4 Nega soldiers behind the Cyclops


It manages to kill two and the others get disrupted

This Steve climbs up a ladder to reach the TNT cannon up top.


Alex meanwhile gets an idea ... she rushes toward the remains of the Redstone Snow Golem…


…Grabs its Exploding Snow Ball launchers…


…And fires both at the last Titan. This time, she does not fail.


This Skelly boi realizes that he needs to get up and get his spoopy on.

Armored steve reaches the top of the tower and loads the TNT cannon


Alex moves up toward the Fallen Captain while the Skeleton charges his bow.

NEGA VERSE


Master Chef kicks Philip right in the face, knocking off a HP (½) and sending him flying.


The Cyclops gets ready to kick General Mac, who prepares to dodge it.

The raptor moves up and guns down the Elite


The turret on the warthog fires one of its cannons at the Mech Frame


And misses.


The pilot is not amused.


These two get up
Heavy gunner: Son of a bitch!!

Captain Lake: YOU RANG?!?!
Warpaladin Shard: That Motherfucker stole my joke!!


The Sylla Scorpion Tank fires its main cannon at the Poseidon.


It scores a hit and destroys its twin bolters (⅓ sp)


Lake goes into response fire.


The Fallen Captain lunges at Alex and slices her in 3 pieces.


Steve: ALEX NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Steve pulls out his Diamond double ax and Iron Shield
Steve: I SHALL AVENGE YOU!!!!!

IMPERIUM


Warpaladin Shard jumps on top of the wreckage of the Flying Machine
Warpaladin Shard: You wanna try to steal my joke again bitch?!?!


Lake: Yup, (*BLAM*) fuck you.


(*whatever noise a bullet makes when it hits something*)

Luckily Warpaladin Shard’s heavy armor barely saved him from the explosion and lands in front of the Fallen Captain, BUT he loses grip of his BFG which falls in the Carrot farm


Shard gets up and locks eyes with the Fallen Captain.


Let’s dance motherfucker.


The Mech Frame fires at and destroys the Raptor


And then challenges the Cyclops


The Cyclops accepts the challenge


The last blue coat goes over to his captain and helps him up.
Philip: Thank you soldier, now let’s send that reject straight to Hell

Master Chef: IF you can.


The poseidon fires at the Sylla..


And misses.

Warpaladin Shard attacks the Fallen Captain, who succeeds in blocking it.


The Mech Frame shoots off the wrist gun on the Cyclops (⅓ SP)


Both Philip and the last blue coat attack Master Chef, who dodges Philip and blocks the attack of the Blue Coat.


The Poseidon fires its Trident cannon at the Sylla Tank


It scores a hit and destroys the turret (⅔ SP) Lake bails in time.

LOCALS


Steve jumps off the tower to use gravity to increase his damage against the Fallen Captain, while it does work…..


He misses completely and accidentally hits Warpaladin Shard with some outrageous damage, who explodes in a wave of black ichor.


Warpaladin Shard: YOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUU DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMBBBBB AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss……………………………
Steve: whoops
Fallen Captain: (slow claps) *grunt*


The skeleton has much better luck with his aiming and knocks off a HP off of the Fallen captain (½)

NEGA VERSE


The Sylla Tank fires once more at the Poseidon


The mighty robot succumbs to the damage and gets blown to bits.


The Fallen Captain comes up behind Steve and stabs him through the back..


And tosses him into the river and watches as Steve’s blood taints the water around him.


The Elite suddenly remembers that it exists, climbs down the tower, and shoots the last blue coat.


Master Chef curb stomps Philip’s head into a bloody pulp.


While the Cyclops grabs the Mech Frame….


Throws him on the ground…


And blows him up with its shoulder cannon.


And finally, the turret fires at the skeleton who blows up in a shower of blood because why the fuck not?

A few minutes later…


Master Chef: How many did we lose?
Captain Lake: Pretty much….


...everyone but the six of us.
Chef: Damn. if only we had THAT this would’ve gone a lot more smoother


Chef: And we would have that if SOMEONE DIDN’T SPILL MT. DEW ALL OVER IT!!!

Spartan Dew: I SAID I WAS SORRY
Chef: Goddamn it all.
Lake: Hey calm down, the tech boys are working on it and will get it back and running in no time


Spartan Packer: Hey boss!!
Chef: What?!
Packer: I found that guy that the cyclops kicked a while ago, seems that he is still alive somehow!!


Chef: Alright! Put him in a prison pod or something so we can interrogate him latter.


Chef: While he’s doing that, the rest of us will salvage for weapons, armor, and other useful looking stuff.


Chef: And make sure that those dead bodies are really dead, I want our presence here to remain unknown for as long as possible.
Lake: Yes sir.


Accountant: Hmmm…. This is an interesting turn of events that could prove to be troublesome.


Accountant: Alright Doc, bring me back, I have some interesting new to tell the boss.


And in a explosion of fire Magik, he disappears.

The 5c doesn't have a bad camera though so I'm kind of surprised.

Gameplay 4.5 (all that really stood out to me as missing was flying units)

Photography 2 (Not only is the graininess an issue, your finger made it into at least 2 shots. If you used a cell phone app like I did last year, I really recommend looking around for a good app. My default camera app sucked and I eventually settled on one called Open Camera.)

Violence 5 (from what I saw you went all out with what you had)

Writing 3.8

Overall Appeal 5 (I really dig the Nega invasion theme going on here and hope to see you do more with it in the future. Also, this was huge and I can appreciate the amount of sheer work that had to go into something of this scale.)
