==Introduction==

The Democratic Republik of Han Khan is a rising power of the Anno galaxy. Originally just one of many nations on a single planet, with little tek available beyond swords, the Han Khan people encountered a large amount of intergalactik tek, which allowed their nation to take a rapid leap forward in a matter of months, achieving space travel and conquering many near by star systems.

==One Fleet==

Following the conquest of nearby space, the Han Khan government began construction on a battlegroup known as "One Fleet," which serves as the primary navy for the Han Khan military machine, and has helped them colonize and incorporate numerous worlds.
Construction of a proposed "Two fleet" is currently under consideration by the galaxy.

==Government==

===The Ruling Council===
The Han Khan is led by a ruling council of 14 members and the Prime minister, they are elected by the legislative body, and their votes cast the final arbitration on any legislation that is given to them. The council's headquarters is located in the Nation's capitol. The Prime Minister is the public face of the Nation, it is the Prime Minister's job to set the Nation's agenda, as well as holding a tie breaking vote.

===The Legislative body===
The Legislative body meets in a massive space station which orbits the Han Khan capitol planet. It consists of Legislators sent to represent every planet within the Han Khan sphere of influence. Fully incorporated planets receive one legislator for every 100 million planetary inhabitants, these legislators are appointed by popular vote on the planets which they represent. Planets which are not yet fully incorporated into the Nation, receive a token two legislators, appointed by the ruling council. Legislators meet once a week, where they propose new legislation, and bills are voted on. If a bill passes, it is presented to the ruling council.

===The Diplomatic Council===
Based in a large mobile space station, the diplomatic council helps ease the process of incorporating new worlds. The Space station is usually moved onto the border of Han Khan space, and the Nation currently employs over 100 thousand diplomats. Although the Han Khan have had very limited contact with other Interstellar factions, the Diplomatic council was set up in order to help ease these dealings.
