 Quantumsurfers can bend reality, creating and destroying universes at will. Ordinarily, most Quantumsurfers will use their powers for benevolent ends, culling and mending together disparate plots in the brikverse with their spatial and temporal warping powers. Some, however, have gone rogue and use their powers to their own ends. The Quantumsurfer Police deal with malignant Quantumsurfers who compromise the integrity of the brikverse and ruin others' plots and creations.
