However, the War Sovereignty is responsible for choosing a new Serenity in the event they cannot make war effectively. Skion is still under the rule of the First Serenity, so only time will tell if the procedures will be followed. Since the Skion collective consciousness is so determined to make war on foreign foes, it is not likely a coup attempt would be successful.
