Fourth Space Lord Balkar Retragon is the current leader of the Praetorian forces in Nehellenium. Originally assigned to serve alongside Space Lord Cromwell in the praetorian beach head, he took complete charge after Cromwell's disappearance shortly after the second battle of New York. Known as a pragmatic leader, he prepared NATO forces for Operation: Dominions Call, and led from his flagship, the HEMS Infallible.
